Do I need an NGO UACRR, OKUASP, or ULASP licence if I use Sonosfera?
For music in the Sonosfera catalogue: no. With an active plan, your Sonosfera subscription is your licence for our music. Sonosfera music is owned by Sonosfera and is not registered with NGO UACRR, OKUASP, or ULASP or any other collecting society. Other music you play (radio, TV, Spotify, live music) still needs your NGO UACRR, OKUASP, or ULASP licence.
Will a collecting-society representative accept the documents during a check?
Show your active plan, the Sonosfera certificate and the music actually playing from our catalogue. The representative may check other sources separately; we do not promise the outcome of any particular check.
Can I get an invoice with my tax or VAT number for my accountant?
Stripe Checkout has a field for your tax number, and invoices can be downloaded in Billing. Check the document format with your accountant: the service does not issue a Ukrainian tax invoice.
Which payment methods are available in Ukraine?
Pay by card through Stripe Checkout; any other available methods appear before you confirm. For Ukraine the plan is currently billed in euros, with no payment in hryvnia or transfer to a Ukrainian account.
Is there a fixed-term contract, and how do I cancel?
Monthly and annual plans can be cancelled in Billing before renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. A longer-term plan has separate terms, shown before payment.
Does Sonosfera work with my speakers and devices?
Open Sonosfera on a phone, tablet or computer and connect the device to your venue’s sound system. Test your connection before you pay.
What does the Sonosfera certificate show?
It names your business and premises, the period covered and Sonosfera catalogue playback under your active plan. Radio, other streaming services, DJs and live music are not covered and follow your local licensing rules.
