Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and maintain your session. This Cookie Policy explains how Sonosfera uses cookies in compliance with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the EU ePrivacy Directive.
We use essential cookies and, only after opt-in consent, analytics and marketing cookies for product measurement, advertising conversion reporting, and affiliate attribution.
2. Essential Cookies We Use
These cookies are strictly necessary for Sonosfera to function. Without them, you would not be able to log in or use the service. Under PECR and the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-access-token | Supabase authentication - verifies your identity | First-party | 1 hour |
| sb-refresh-token | Supabase authentication - keeps you logged in | First-party | 7 days |
| Session cookies | Maintain your logged-in state across pages | First-party | Session |
These are strictly necessary cookies and do not require consent under UK PECR or the EU ePrivacy Directive.
3. Third-Party Cookies
We use service providers for secure payments and, with your consent, analytics and affiliate attribution.
| Provider | Purpose | Type | When Active |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing and fraud prevention | Third-party | Only during checkout |
| Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog | Consent-based product analytics | Third-party | After analytics consent |
| Endorsely, Uppercut and Icodrip | Attribute referred visits, signups and paid subscriptions to affiliates | Third-party | After marketing consent |
Stripe's cookie policy can be found at stripe.com/cookies-policy
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog only after analytics consent. Endorsely, Uppercut and Icodrip load only after marketing consent to attribute referrals and qualifying paid subscriptions.
You can reject these cookies and still use Sonosfera. We do not award affiliate commission for a free-trial signup alone; commission depends on a qualifying paid subscription.
After analytics consent, Microsoft Clarity receives a hashed, pseudonymous account identifier so signed-in journeys can be connected across browsers and devices. We do not send your email address or name to Clarity.
5. How to Manage Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View which cookies are stored on your device
- Delete individual cookies or all cookies
- Block cookies from specific or all websites
- Set preferences for first-party vs third-party cookies
Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging into Sonosfera. For guidance on managing cookies in your browser, visit aboutcookies.org.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will notify you and seek your consent before they are set.
7. Contact
If you have questions about our use of cookies, contact us at: hello@trysonosfera.com
You may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you have concerns about how we use cookies.
Essential cookies keep Sonosfera working. Analytics and marketing cookies require your consent.
