Personal streaming services
Why Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube will not protect your business.
A paid personal subscription is not the same thing as business playback permission. These official terms are useful when staff ask why the venue cannot just use a familiar app.
Spotify
Spotify is a personal listening service. Business playback needs a separate commercial setup rather than a personal subscription.

Apple Media Services terms restrict standard service and content use to personal, non-commercial use unless a specific exception applies.

Common licensing questions in Serbia.
Do I need a SOKOJ or OFPS licence if I use Sonosfera?
For music in the Sonosfera catalogue: no. With an active plan, your Sonosfera subscription is your licence for our music. Sonosfera music is owned by Sonosfera and is not registered with SOKOJ or OFPS or any other collecting society. Other music you play (radio, TV, Spotify, live music) still needs your SOKOJ or OFPS licence.
What if a representative asks about the music?
Show your premises certificate and invoices for the period. Send any follow-up question to Sonosfera; the certificate covers only Sonosfera playback.
Can my accountant get an invoice with our tax number?
Enter company and tax details at checkout where offered, then download invoices from Billing. Check any required domestic format with your accountant before buying.
How do I pay or cancel?
Pay online by card or another method shown at checkout. There is no cash checkout or separate paper contract. Cancel renewal in Billing.
Will it work with my speakers?
Connect a supported phone, tablet or computer to your existing audio system. Test the connection during the trial.
What does the Sonosfera certificate show?
It names your business and premises, the period covered and Sonosfera catalogue playback under your active plan. Radio, other streaming services, DJs and live music are not covered and follow your local licensing rules.
